Fees and Costs Disclosure

There are no up-front consulting or advance fees for our services. A small consulting/referral fee will be required if your funding is successful.

Our goal first and foremost is to deliver the securities-based financing that you require. If you have securities that meet our minimum eligibility requirements, we will go to work for you at no charge and with absolutely no obligation.

If we find the financing you seek, you will authorize a small fee to be paid to us based on the total amount of your financing similar to the points charged on real estate loans. You may do so out of your loan proceeds upon receipt of funding if you wish, and the fee will only be due and payable if we are successful in delivering to you a non-transfer-of-title credit line or loan program through a licensed institutional party that meets your requirements. As noted, there is absolutely no obligation until and unless we have succeeded in finding such financing and if it meets your requirements sufficient to proceed and close, which for our purposes serves as evidence of your satisfaction with your financing.

Please note that we take privacy very seriously per our privacy policy and any correspondence sent to us is held in strict confidence, used only for credit line evaluation purposes. To obtain a quote, we ask that you send a copy of a recent account statement, as this is lender requirement prior to moving forward.
