Because your accounts are managed through and by a top-tier brokerage and banking institution with offices worldwide, you can rest assured that your foreign shares will receive the same care and attention that would operate for fully domestic securities finance transactions. These institutions operate by and within local regulations and are familiar with local markets and standards as well.

Though the standards are somewhat tighter for loan eligibility and certain foreign/local discrepancies can exist when foreign shares are involved, almost every major world stock exchange trades stocks, bonds, or government debt securities acceptable for some form of loan underwriting through our facility. As always, higher-valued portfolios will typically have the greatest breadth of choice.

Securities trading on any of the major U.S. stock exchange are eligible, provided that basic price/volume and overall basic collateral quality conditions have been met.
